These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StrataLens Consulting website, our SaaS data platform, and our consulting services. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
StrataLens provides two primary service lines: (a) A SaaS-based Data & Analytics Platform for the insurance industry, and (b) Consulting Services, including Centre of Excellence (CoE) implementation and staff augmentation.
2. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the StrataLens Platform, including algorithms, code, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of StrataLens Ltd. Clients retain full ownership of their proprietary data ingested into the platform.
3. Consulting Engagements
Consulting services are provided on a time-and-materials or fixed-price basis as agreed. We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards for the London Insurance Market.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, StrataLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
