Three pilot places for Q4 2026

Pilot programme, Q4 2026

Eight weeks, one real feed in, one delivery out, inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant.

Scope

What the pilot includes

A fixed piece of work on your own data, with a result you can show internally at the end of it.

  • Eight weeks, dated, with a kick-off and a close-out meeting.
  • One inbound feed (bordereau, submission inbox or API) and one outbound delivery (Teams record, carrier format or API).
  • The StrataLens app installed in your own Microsoft 365 tenant, UK-hosted, your identity, no data outside the UK.
  • Mapping to the London Market model agreed with your admin, rules written with your underwriters, decisions returned with reasons.
  • Three success criteria set at kick-off, measured at week eight, written up in a two-page result note you can share internally.
  • Tier 1 credit pack (250,000 transactions) valid for twelve months from signature, so usage can continue after the eight weeks while the Tier 2 decision is made.

Not included

So that the eight weeks stay eight weeks.

  • More than one feed in or one delivery out.
  • Bespoke integrations to systems without an API or file export.
  • Anything that needs a change to your core system.

If your first feed needs one of these, say so on the call and we will tell you plainly whether it fits.

Founding pilots

Why join now

We are running three pilots in Q4 2026 and no more. The three firms that take them get terms that will not be offered again.

Founding price, credited in full

£25,000 fixed. The whole amount comes off the first annual contract signed within six months of the pilot start.

A year of usage included

The Tier 1 credit pack of 250,000 transactions is part of the fee and runs for twelve months, not eight weeks.

A direct line to the founder

You deal with the person who builds the product, and you get a say in the roadmap. Your field mappings and rules carry straight into the full contract; nothing is rebuilt.

First-mover reference

When the programme is written up, founding pilots are the named references, with your approval on every word.

A fixed timetable

Kick-off and close-out are dated before you sign. Eight weeks means eight weeks.

UK-only hosting

Azure UK South, your identity, inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant. No data leaves the UK.

Timetable

How it runs

Four stages, dated at signature. You know what happens in each week before the pilot starts.

  1. Week 0

    Kick-off and success criteria

We agree the one feed in, the one delivery out, and the three criteria the pilot will be measured against.

  2. Weeks 1 to 2

    Install and connect

The app goes into your Microsoft 365 tenant and the inbound feed is connected. Your security team gets the answers it needs.

  3. Weeks 3 to 6

    Mapping, rules, first files

Fields are mapped to the London Market model with your admin. Rules are written with your underwriters. Real files go through and decisions come back with reasons.

  4. Weeks 7 to 8

    Measure and write-up

Results are measured against the three criteria and written up in a two-page note for you to share internally. Close-out meeting and the Tier 2 decision.

Your risk team will want to know how the data is handled. Read our security and data governance page

Thirty minutes on one of your own files

Bring a bordereau, a submission or a placing file. We will run it live and you can judge the result for yourself.
